the difference between the current primary deficit and the primary deficit which would have prevailed if expenditures in the previous year had grown with potential GDP and revenues with actual GDP. 上記を訳したいのですがわかりませんm(__)m どなたかご教授ください(>_<)

・current：現行 ・primary deficit:基礎的財政収支の赤字 ※対GDP比の場合、「赤字幅」となる場合あり。 ・expenditure:歳出　 ・potential GDP:潜在的GDP　※定義というより概念。定義としては色々な論があるが、インフレ率を上げずに達成できるmaxのGDPや、経済が完全雇用を維持している時に達成できるGDPなどがあります。 ・actual　GDP：実際のGDP 「現行基礎的財政収支の赤字と、前年度歳出が潜在的GDPと実際のGDPによる歳入によって膨張した場合と等しくなる基礎的財政収支の赤字との差」 という感じでしょうか。 私は経済および会計学に関する英語論文を読む時、自分の知っている限りの専門用語を当てはめて、それが理論的に当たっているかどうかを確認しながら読むようにしています。時間はかかりますが、全体を確実に把握できます。なので質問なさる場合もわかる限りの専門用語はあらかじめ表示した上でお願いするのが回答者に対して親切かと思います。通常の意味より更に限定的に使う場合もありますので。

「実際の現在の基礎的赤字と、もし去年の実際の出費が予測されたGDPと比例して多くなり収入が実際のGDPと比例して多くなっていたとすれば見られたはずの基礎的赤字、との違い」、ということですね。 表現がぎこちなくてすみません。
