英語が間違っています。正しくは、 We've already put together a list of questions hoping that it would make the process easier for you and your colleagues. これでいいのです。仮定法にする理由は全くありません。もうリストを作ってしまっているので。もし、「もし君たちの仕事をやりやすくできるなら、リストを作ってもいいですよ」という文章なら、仮定法現在でこうなります。 We will put together a list of questions for the applicants, if this list makes the process easier for you and your colleagues.

先日"sorry"の使い方をある人に教わりました。 ある人というか、ある人に指摘されて3人のネイティブスピーカーに聞いて回って ようやく理解できたというところです。 一部ですが、次に例を挙げます。 "sorry" という単語は、ごめんなさい、気の毒だ、悲しい、などを表す時に用いられますが、 基本的には同じ「心が痛む」という意味だそうです。 I'm sorry you've forgotten me, we were together for so long. この文には２つの idea があります。 you've forgotten me が何に対して sorry と思っているかを述べていて、 we were together for so long が事情（またはその理由）を説明しています。 何に対して sorry と思っているか言う必要がない場合、 I'm sorry, we were together for so long. または I'm sorry,だれだれ, we were together for so long. となります。 これが I'm sorry we were together for so long. となると、長く一緒にいなければ良かったという意味になってしまうそうです。 さて、質問ですが、 私の理解はこれで良かったのでしょうか？ 何か違っているところ、または付け加える事があれば教えてください。 そして sorry 以外で意味が違ってきてしまう言葉はあるでしょうか？
