私たち夫婦は出来るだけ協力して、このお店を繁盛させたいです。
そのため私たちは厳しい意見をしてしまうかもしれませんが、全てお店のことを考えているからこそのアドバイスなので理解してください。
もし、今の味やメニューにプライドと自信があり、このままスタイルは変えたくないというなら私たちは見守ることしかできません。
インターネットの口コミでは味に「コクが無い」「雰囲気が暗い」という意見が何件かありました。
日本のお客様はお店の清潔感や接客をとても重視します。
改善の気持ちがあるなら私たちはたくさんアドバイスをします。
彼と言葉が通じないのでいつも会話は中途半端です。一度私たちの気持ちを彼に伝えていただけますか？

My husband and I would like to be as helpful as possible to make your restaurant successful. Please understand that our opinions may sound harsh sometimes, but that's because we care. If you are confident and satisfied with your menu and the taste of your food and do not want to change your style, we can do nothing but wait and see.

Japanese customers look for cleanliness and good service in restaurants. Some of your customers wrote reviews on the Internet using words like "not rich in taste" and "unfriendly atmosphere". If you are willing to change their minds, we have plenty of advice to offer.

We tried to talk to him about all this, but we always end up not finishing the conversation because of the language barrier. Would you please convey our wishes to him?
