初めてアメリカよりCDを個人輸入をしたく、翻訳ツールを活用しながら 頑張っている者です。 Billing Address(【クレジットカードの】請求先の住所)の記入フォームの必修で enter state or provinceと言う箇所があります。 ネット辞書で調べてみると、 state・・・州 province・・・ (カナダ・オーストリア・スペインなどの)州，省 と載っていましたので愛知県在住のならAichiという解釈でよろしいのでしょうか。 またショッピングガイドに A Note To International Customers (including Canada) If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside The United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you. 海外のお客さん(カナダを含んでいます)への注意 アメリカ以外のお届け先の住所にお届けすると、どんな小包にもあなたの国や税関よりいろいろな輸入税、関税など徴収されるかもしれません。また支払義務があるでしょう。 とありますが、訳し方あってますでしょうか。 またCD(商用ではなく個人用)を取り寄せるのに、日本では輸入税、関税などかかるのでしょうか。 よろしくお願いします。

どちらも、pekochanno1さんの解釈通りです。 基本的に外国から日本に送られて来る郵便物等は、日本に入った時点で日本の流通機関を通る訳ですから、"Japan" 以外はまぁ日本人が理解する様に書けば大丈夫でしょう。 日本で個人が取り寄せる商品に税金がかかるかは私には分かりませんが、南米の結構いい加減な国等では殆ど税関職員の気まぐれで税金をかけたり税額を変えたりする事もあるので、「貴社からXXXを購入したら税金がかかったぞ」というクレームがあった場合に「当社の責任ではない」という事を明確にするための注意だと思います。アメリカは訴訟が多いので、何かあっても起訴されない様に、かなり馬鹿馬鹿しい注意書きがある事も珍しくありませんからねー。

初めて質問いたします。 ＰＳ３でアカウントを取りたいのですが、どうしても取れません。 もし解決方法をご存知であれば教えて頂ければ助かります。 取れないのは、イギリスのアカウントです。 登録画面で、住所登録までは進みました。 ですが、そこでエラーになってしまいます。 住所の入力がおかしいと思うのですが、 いろいろ調べましたが間違っている場所がわかりません。 イギリスの郵便番号は、例えばＳＷ７というアルファベットと 数字で表してあると思うのですが これが違うのかな？と思います。 登録画面は、下から potalcode state/province city street address1 となっているのですが、正確に入れているのですが はじかれてしまいます。 大文字じゃないとダメとか、逆に小文字だけとか、 行間は、半角とか、そういうルールがあれば 教えていただきたいです。 また、 state/province（州/都道府県名という意味だと思うのですが） が分かりません・・・。 調べても郵便番号の次は、例えばlondonとなっているので ロンドンの州って？・・・と大変無知な者で^_^; 調べても分かりません。 分かる方できれば教えて頂きたく思います。 どうぞよろしくお願いします。

契約書に以下の英語があります。 No Supplier shall do or omit to do anything (and, where preventable, permit anything to be done or not done) which may damage or endanger any xxx's IP and each Supplier shall procure that no Affiliate shall do or omit to do the same. 問題は、omit to doです。 骨子は、「部品納入業者は納入先のIPを危険にさらすようなことをしてはならない」ということだと思うのですが、omit to doは「することを怠ってはならない」ということになって、「してはならない」とは全く逆のことになってしまうので、何がなんだかよくわかりません。私のomitの解釈が間違えているのか、原文の英語が間違えているのかだと思いますが、どなたかご教示下さいませ。
