不審メール
まったく心当たりのない英字のメールが届きました。 添付ファイルに Order N90791.pdf という PDFファイルが添付されております。 Warner Music Inc で買い物をし、カードで支払う選択をし、その内容がPDFに書かれているということのようですが、ウィルスが怖いので、まだ開いておりません。 何らかの方法でカード情報が盗まれ、何者かに買い物をされてしまったという危惧もあります。 どのように対処すれば良いの分かりません。 ちなみに、下記がメール文書の全文で、送り先の情報等の記入はありません。 それと私は英語の理解力も低く、内容も正確にはわかっておりません。 どなたか、アドバイスをいただけると助かります。 宜しくお願いします。 メールタイトル Your Order No 90791 - Warner Music Inc. 本文 Thank you for ordering from Warner Music Inc. This message is to inform you that your order has been received and is currently being processed. Your order reference is Warner Music Inc. You will need this in all correspondence. クレジットカードの会社名も番号(一部)も書かれていないでしよ。スパムメールの可能性が大です。 PDFの脆弱性を突いたウイルスや pdfに見せかけたexeファイルであったりします。無視でよいと思います。

メール本文を和訳すると 「ワーナーミュージック株式会社に注文してくださってありがとうございます。このメッセージはあなたの注文が受理されたことを知らせるものです。オーダー先はワーナーミュージック株式会社です。私どもはメールで印刷された請求書をあなたの住所に送るつもりです。あなたは支払い方法にクレジットカードを選びました。あなたの購買情報はファイルにして以下に表示されます」 とあります。 購入していることは間違いありません。また自分で購入した記憶がないなら悪用された可能性もありますね。その旨を書いてメールに返信してみてはどうでしょうか。

ウイルスメールの可能性が高いですね。 PDFにウイルスが仕込まれている可能性がありますので、 すぐに削除しましょう。 開かなかったのは賢明な判断でしたね。 > 何らかの方法でカード情報が盗まれ、何者かに買い物を > されてしまったという危惧もあります。 それはあり得ません。 ショッピングサイトから添付ファイル付きのメールを送る ことは100%無いです。
