amazon ukからのメール・アカウントが見れない??

日本で発売されていない商品をAmazon ukにて購入しました。 日本のアマゾン同様に購入後、確認メールが来て一安心していたのですが 本日下記のメールが来て何やら…アカウントにログインすることすらでき なくなりました。 以下のメールはどう言ったことが書かれているのでしょうか?何卒宜しく お願い致します。 Subject:Important notice, response required: Your order cannot bedispatched. 貴方のオーダーは保留した。 4日以内にクレジットカードの最近の明細書をファックスして。 でないと取り消します。 確認できたら解除します。 ファックスを送りましょう。 注文番号を添えてファックスしてください。 コンビニで明細書をコピー。 そこに注文番号を手書きでかく。 それでいいと思う。 クレジットカード会社の登録情報と届け先とか電話番号が間違ってないですか? 親のカードをつかうとか同棲相手の家に届けるようにしたとか。

指摘されたことを考えると電話番号を国際電話表記で 登録しなかったことが問題かなって思ってます。 とりあえずカードの明細を送ってみることにします。 あたふたしてたので本当に助かりました!!ありがとう ございます!
