Every＋名詞なら、あなたの言うとおり「一つ一つの車いす」と考え、単数でいいんです。 でも、この文は「people in wheelchairs」がひとつのかたまり。 「一つ一つの車いす」と考えていない文章ですね。 単に「車いすに乗っている人たち」というざっくりしたくくり。 というわけで、複数形でいいんです。 people who ride a bike こっちの方は、 people who ride bikesもアリ。 文脈によりますね♪

einsteigen も aufsteigen も辞書にはどちらも（乗り物に）乗るという意味があります。 einsteigen には in den Zug einsteigen という例文があり、aufsteigen には auf das Moped aufsteigen の例文があります。 もしかして車や列車のような箱もの？に乗るときは einsteigen で バイクや自転車の ように上にまたがるような物の場合は aufsteigen を使うのでしょうか。 どなたか両者の使い分けについて教えていただけないでしょうか。 よろしくお願いいたします。
