和訳の違い
和訳の違い The person is great who invented them. The person invents them who is great 上記２つの和訳の違いってありますか？

すみません、あまりにひどいことを書いているのでこちらまでひどいことを書いてしまいました。 批判しているというのはもちろん、貴殿ではなく、別の方です。 「それらを発明した人は偉大である」は The person who invented them is great. となります。 発言の意図にもよりますが、試験問題の英作文としてはこうなります。 The day will come when we can travel to the moon. のように先行詞と関係詞が離れることもありますが、 The person is great who invented them. とはあまり言いません。 間違いというわけでもないですが。 All is not gold that glitters. 「光るものすべてが金とは限らない」 ということわざにでもなれば後に回ることもあります。

ご回答ありがとうございます。一つ目の英文The person is great who invented them. こんな表現はないのでしょうか？ ネットでみかけたのでの気になったのですが。
