If you ever drop your keys into a river of molten lava, let me go cause man they're gone. より正しい (分かり易い) 文章は If you ever accidentally drop your keys into a river of molten lava, let 'em go, because man, they're gone. でしょう。molten lava=溶岩。これなら説明しなくても分かると思います。
