英文契約1
次の英文を自分なりに和訳したのですが、意味が通じるでしょうか。 Since the term did not match, no contract was formed, voidable or otherwise. 条件が合っていないので、契約が存在しない。無効であろうとなかろうと。

えっと、和訳ではなくて英訳ですよね。。？ Since the conditions did not meet, no contract was exchanged regardless of its validity. 条件が合わなかったため契約は交わされなかった、有効・無効関わらず。 契約を交わしてないのなら有効・無効云々ってのは 不要な気がするのですがどうなんでしょう。
