台湾の制度
台湾の会社との契約書を読んでいるのですが、下記の英語の意味がわかりません。 A shall reimburse B for all charges payable to the Modern Retail Trade Key Accounts for the marketing and distribution of the Products, commonly refered to as Trade or Trading Terms, such as but not limited to Marketing allowances and Distribution Allowances. Modern Retail Trade Key Accountsとは何なのでしょうか？ また、Trade or Trading Terms、Marketing Allowances and Distribution Allowancesと大文字で書かれた用語の意味がわかりません。台湾独特の商取引のシステムなのでしょうか？ ご存知の方、教えてください。

Modern Retail Trade Key Accounts Modern[近代的な] Retail Trade [小買業] Key Accounts [得意先] 近代的な小買業の得意先の開拓と製品の配送、通常、交易[貿易]とか貿易条件と言い及ぶが、マーケッティングや配送費用の範囲に留まらない・・代金をAはBに支払う。 が直訳になります。 Modern Retail Trade Key Accounts は、この会社の造語になると思います。よって、「通常で言う貿易」と解かりやすく説明してます 【commonly refered to】 as Trade or Trading Terms, また,【such as】としてもう少し踏み込んだ意味を説明しています。 通常の交易[貿易]や貿易条件[通常貿易で支払う商社コミッションみたいな物と思います]でその範囲は、マーケッティングや配送費用に限られるわけではない・・・ とすると、通常のCIF (FOB or C&F)価格の2%を仮に、Marketing allowances and Distribution Allowancesとすると、そのプラスアルファの代金を求められる可能性があるということになります。プラスアルファの必要経費は契約書の何処かに示されているはすです。
