どなたか、この一行を、英語に訳していただけませんでしょうか？
『下記の時間帯は、3階のフロアーには立ち入いることができません。ご了承ください』

Please be reminded that you will not be allowed to enter the third floor from ○○ to ○○　（○○に時間を入れる）
Thank you for your cooperation

という感じですね。

Please be remindedは「ご了承ください」という意味でよく使われる丁寧な言い回しです。時間帯がひとつだけなら、文中で知らせるのがベストで、「下記の時間帯」は不要です。もし時間帯が複数にわけてあるならば、the third floorの後にfor the following time periodsとつなげて、行を変えてその下に時間帯を書き、一番最後にThank you for your cooperationでしめるという形がいいのではないかと思います。
