The snow blown by the wind was very cold. Often it was hard to see anything.という英文の訳が「風で飛ばされた雪がとても冷たかったんだ。たびたび激しくて何も見えなかった」となっているのですが、これだとhard は「風が激しい」という意味になっているのでしょうか？「見るのが困難だった」というように、it was hard to は「～するのが難しかった」という意味なのではないのでしょうか？
