メールなんですが、訳をみてください

my body is tired from walking about 30minutes to work everyday. I wish payday is more than only once of a month といわれ、 「え、そうなの！？自転車か何かを買ったほうがいいんじゃない？毎日30分も歩くなんて仕事が始まる前に疲れちゃうよ。」 WHAT ...!? I THINK YOU SHOULD BUY A BIKE...YOU...TIRED BEFORE WORK START...... すみません分かりませんでした 教えてください

こんなのはいかがでしょうか。 30 minutes walk everyday before working! Woo... It sounds hard. Why don't you buy bicycle or something to make it easier. 余談ですが先方も英語ネイティブではなさそうですね。どこの国の方でしょうか。国によってはいろいろと事情があって歩くしかないのかもしれませんし。 my body is tired from walking about 30minutes to work everyday. この文でtiredなら主語はI am とした方が自然だと思いますし30 min. to work も　30 min. to get my office というようにする方が良さそうです。 I wish payday is more than only once of a month この「給料日が数回あれば良いのに」というのは文脈からして繋がりづらいのですが「こんなに大変なんだから給料上げて欲しいよ」という意味なのでしょう。いずれにせよ once of a month の of は要りませんね。 もうひとつ蛇足ですがNo.1の回答者さんの文を採用されるときは That must be hard. という文は「自転車か何か買ったら」の文の前に持ってきた方が良さそうです。でないと自転車買うことが hard なことに聞こえてしまいそうなので。 長くなりましたがご参考まで。
