英語でATMの操作を説明する場合
郵便局のATMにて、外国人のおじさんに「ワタシ、コドモニオカネオクリタイ・（メモを私に見せて）コレ バンゴウデス」 と聞かれました。 英会話を習ってるとはいえ、緊張と専門用語がわからなかったので教えることができませんでした。 また同じ場面に合うこともないと思いますが、復習させてください。 「お子さんの口座にお金を振り込みたいのですか？」 と確認する時は →「Do you want to send your child money by the bank transfer?」 でいいのでしょうか？ 「ここを押してください」は →「Push this」 「お子さん（相手）の口座番号を入力してください」 →「Input your child's account number.」 「金額を入力してください」 →「Input amount of money.」 「あなたの暗証番号を入力してください」 →「Input your seacret number.」 （送金先の名前が表示されて） 「これで間違いないですか？」 →「Is this OK?」 「じゃ、こっちの『はい』ボタンを押してください」 →「Then, push this "Yes".」 お手数ですが、大幅に間違ってると思いますが、添削をお願いします。

ATMに英語表示があるといっても、取り引きの種類（振込みなど）によっては英語でカバーされていないと解釈しました。 私には正しい用語をお伝えする力はありませんのでアドバイスを。 英語圏の国の金融機関のホームページに行って、振込みの仕方の説明をご覧になってはいかがでしょうか。ある程度のことは解決するかもしれません。 ここ「教えて！」で、親切な回答者の方が出てこられれば一番いいのですが。

皆さんのおっしゃるように、係員の方にお任せするのが一番だと思いますが、一つ、ATMなどで使われる暗証番号はPIN（personal identification number）と呼ばれます。

＃１さんがお書きになったように、英語のボタンがあるわけですから、その日本語がたどたどしい人は英語が理解できない外国人なのでしょう。 また、他人のお金に関する個人情報を素人が扱うのは、お互いに危険なので、係員を呼んであげたほうがいいと思います。ひょっとしたら、その人、振り込め詐欺に引っかかっているのかもしれないし。 お金を扱う時には冷静に熟考しよう。

ある代金の支払のために海外へ送金をするのですが、その支払方法を指示した書面の中でわからない英文（単語）が２箇所あります。実際銀行などで海外送金を仕事でされている方、教えてもらえれば助かります。 (1)Please transfer this amount ”free of charge for the beneficiary” to our bank～ このような場合、送金する際、受け取り銀行の手数料も別途こちらで負担して送金しないといけないのか、あるいは受け取り側が手数料を負担してくれるので単純に請求金額だけを送金しておけば良いということなのか、どちらを意味しているのか具体的に教えて下さい。 (2)A transfer without offer number, customer number, customers name and reason of payment cannot be registered. オファー番号、顧客番号、顧客氏名、そして（reason of payment）のない送金は登録されない・・・・・・とのことですがこの文章の（reason of payment）ととはどういう意味で何を明記して送金しないといけないということなのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。

オークションで落札をして、 相手側に「入金」する際、よくコンビニATMを使用します。 相手から教えて頂いた、 銀行名・口座No.・名前などをもとにいつもやっていますが、 いつもは全ての入力が終わると・・ 相手の、銀行名、口座番号・名前などの情報が出て、 これでOK！と思い確認ののち、完了させるのですが・・。 今回は最後に・・相手の名前を入力してくださいと50音表が出てきました。 勿論入力しても良いのですが・・。 いつもそのようにすべて出てくるので、安心していましたが、 私が相手の氏名を入力する事というのは・・大丈夫なのでしょうか？ このようなことはよくある事なのでしょうか？ どなたかアドバイスを宜しくお願い致します！

- セブン銀行ATMでの暗証番号
出先のセブン銀行ATMで常陽銀行のキャッシュカードを使ってお金を引き出そうとしましたが、普段常陽銀行で使っている数字4桁の暗証番号を入力すると、暗証番号の相違と出てしまい引き出せませんでした。(同じ番号で2回失敗) セブン銀行ATMで引き出す際の暗証番号は普段使用しているものとは違うのでしょうか？ 出先で現金が引き出せず困っています。 最近マネーフォワードで連携していた常陽銀行の口座が連携されなくなっていたので、そのことと関係あるのか気になっています。 よろしくお願いします。 ※OKWAVEより補足：「常陽銀行のサービス・手続き」についての質問です。
