英語の翻訳（名詞節と副詞節）がわかりません・・・

宿題で解らないことがあったなら、それは先生に聞いて説明してもらうべきです。 課題を人にやらせて提出しても、やったことにはなりませんよ。

Do you know if it will be fine tomorrow? は、名詞節の中は未来形です（問題集より）。 では、「今日晴れるかどうかあなたは知っていましたか」の場合は Did you know if it would be fine today? でしょうか？今日のことを言っているので Did you know if it is fine today? かなとも思いましたが、時制の一致の関係でやっぱり違いますよね？ また、「あなたは昨日沖縄は晴れだったかどうか知っていますか」は Do you know if it was fine in Okinawa yesterday? で、合ってますか？ 名詞節はその前の動詞の時制が過去だったら名詞節も過去にするけど、その前の動詞が現在の時制の場合は名詞節は過去にも現在にでも未来の時制にもなりうる、という理解、あってるのでしょうか？ 自信ないので自信ある方、教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

- 疑問副詞なのに名詞節？
I don't know when he will come. 「私は彼がいつ来るのか知らない。」 when は疑問副詞で名詞節を導いているんですよね？ その名詞節は他動詞 know の目的語になっていますよね？ なぜ疑問副詞 副詞なのに 名詞節を作るんでしょうか？

警官が目撃者に What she did to Robin? 相手がだまっているので、つづけて What did she do to Robin? というとしましょう。最初の文の構造はどうなっているのか、という質問がありました。 ひとりの回答者があげた説明は最初の文は Tell me what she did to Robin? で、whaｔ以下は「彼女がしたことを教えてください」でwhat以下は副詞節だと言っていますが。おかしいのではないでしょうか？ 「彼女がしたこと」という意味なら、whatは関係代名詞で、what以下は名詞節だと思いますが。。。 あるいは間接疑問文と考えてもよい。その場合は「彼女がロビンに何をしたのか教えてくれませんか？」となる。いずれにせよ副詞節ではない。 またTell meなら命令文で、最後に疑問符が付くのがおかしい。ここはWill you tell me what she did to Robin?と、Will you tell meが省略しされていると考えるのが正しいでしょう。これなら、疑問符と整合的です。
