翻訳のお願い

質問

仔猫を飼いたいと行っていた男性とは明日会う予定でしたが、今日暇が出来たからすぐにでも会いたいとの事でした。仔猫達を連れて行ったところ彼は猫達に一目惚れしてしまい、その場で飼ってもらえる事になりました。
彼は以前猫を飼っていたそうなのですが、病気で死んでしまい、また猫を飼いたいとここ２ヶ月探していたそうです。親切で良い人だったのでお願いしてきました。

However I'll met the man who want to keep the kittens, he said "Today I 'll be Free so I want meet them right now" I took kittens to his room, he was folling love with the kittens and was anxious for keeping them.
He kept a cat, but it was sick and died.So, he has been search cats for 2month and wants to keep.
He was very kind and good man,and I give them.

アパートに住み着いた猫を私がもらい手を探してきたのですが、さっぱり日本語解らない外人さんも可愛がっていたので一応報告したいのですが、どうもシチュエーションが複雑なのでどなたか添削お願い致します。というか多分自分の英語はかなり無茶苦茶だと思いますがよろしくお願い致します。

自制にあまり自信が無いです。
The kitten, which you and I were worried about, has found a new owner. I was supposed to meet him tomorrow, but he said he would have time today and want to see the kitten as soon as possible. I took it to him. He liked it at first sight and decided to keep it on the spot. He told me that he had a cat before, which has passed away from a disease, and he had been looking for another cat to be with him. He was so kind and friendly that I let him have it.

そうだとしたら、できるだけ簡潔にお話しをすすめるようにした方がいいですよ。

Would you like to know what happed to my kittens?
This guy who I met today fell in love with my kittens.
So, he took them home.
He told me that he had cats but they died of some kind of desease.
And, he has been looking for cats to adopt for over 2 months.
It looks like he found good cats and my kittens got a nice guy to take care of them. I am very happy for both of them.

英語に間違いがあっても、伝えようと話しかけることがいちばん大切なので、あんまり細かいことは気にされることはないと思いますよ。
英作をご自分でされているので、それをもとに少しだけ添削いたします。

So I took kettens to him. He fell in love with the kettens and decided to keep them.
He used to keep a cat, but it was sick to die.
Therefore, he has been searching cats to keep for 2 months. I decided to give the kittens to him because I felt he was a very kind and good man.

Although I will meet him who wants the kittens, tomorrow, he has changed his mind "I want to do soon." because he happened to have time.

When once he had met the kittens, he loved them, and he finally has decided to breed them.

Before he used to have a cat, but passed away because of ill.
He has found another one for 2 months.

I asked them to him, because he looks like a kindness guy.
