PCが起動できなくなりました！

パソコンが勝手に再起動されるということが時々起きていましたが、その後まったく起動できなくなってしまいました。以前の状況の質問はhttp://www.okweb.ne.jp/kotaeru.php3?q=368120です。OSはWin2000です。具体的にどのようになるかというと、ウインドウズの起動画面の後ブルースクリーンに白い文字で次のようなメッセージが出て起動できません。「***STOP: 0x00000024 (0x0019025E,0xEE43B748,0xEE43B3A0,0xBFF2CCBE) NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM ***Adress BFF2CC8E base at BFFC2000,Datestamp 3bb22cfe-Ntfs.sys If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utilities. Check your hard drive configuration,and check for any updated drivers. Refer to your Getting Started manual for more information on troubleshooting Stop errors.」とでます。そしてこの後電源スイッチでPCをオフにする以外何もできません。そしてフロッピーのWin2000起動ディスクから起動してみましたが同じような結果になりました。どうすればよいのでしょうか？起動しないのでどうすることもできません。誰か助けてください。

これはＷｉｎ２０００独特のものだそうです． 書かれている通りにしましたがＷｉｎ２０００は復旧しませんでした． その後Ｗｉｎ９８を入れましたがとても不安定ですぐにハングしてしまい， また２０００を入れたら同じ状況で．．．なので今，メンテナンスに出しています．
