こんにちは。 さっそく質問ですが、シャットダウンした時に A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent amage to your computer. iRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed hardware or software. isable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable conponents, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then selecct Safe Mode. とでてき、終了できなくなるのですが、どう対処すればよいでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。

＞終了できなくなる 電源ボタンを長押し（4秒位）強制終了し、2分程度経過後、セーフモード（電源入れロゴが出たらF8を軽くトントン叩きセーフモードなどのメニューで「前回正常時の構成」を選び起動）してみます。 その後調子が悪い場合、「スタート」「すべてのプログラム」「アクセサリ」「システムツール」「システムの復元」で正常だった日に戻します（効果がない場合は「システムの復元」の取消しもできます） 「システムの復元」を下場合、復元ポイント以降にインストールしたソフトはありませんから再度インストールします。

- シャットダウンを押すとしばらくしたらブルー画面。

現在、DELLのInspiron530を使っているのですが、 BIOSのバージョンを1.00から1.05にバージョンアップしたら、 パソコンをスリープ状態から起動するたびにBlueScreenになり、 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
