シャットダウンを押すとしばらくしたらブルー画面。

ダウンロードしてインストールができず解決できませんでした。 「セットアップは、現在のハードウェアまたはソフトウェア設定でインストール可能なコンポーネントを見つけられませんでした。必要なハードウェアまたはソフトウェアがあることを確認してください。」でできませんでした。どんな人：専門家　自信：自信あり　→できなかったんですけど！！ ビデオカードはATI RADEON 9250ＯＳは7です。半透明やフリップは動きません。。。。
