電子マネーe-goldにログインすることができません。
e-goldのことで困っています。 e-goldにログインする際に使われるPINを知らせるメールが届きました。e-goldにログインを試みてもいないのに、です。 こんなメールが届くということは、私の管理不行き届きのせいで、パスワードが知られてしまったということなのかもしれません。ですが、ひとまずログインを試みました。 すると、以下のようなお知らせが表示され、どうしてもログインすることができませんでした。 The IP you are using to access the e-gold website (***.*.***.***) appears to be either an open proxy or otherwise exploited. You will not be permitted to access e-gold services from this IP while this condition continues. Your first order of business to restore access should be to make sure that you are computing securely. After you have resolved any security issues, including virus removal, it may take a day or two for your access to be re-enabled. 私が見た限り、パソコンのセキュリティーに問題はないようです。別のパソコンからアクセスすれば、大丈夫でしょうか。 ほかにどう手を打ったらよいか、わかりません。こんな場合に、どうすればよいのか、ご存知でしたらお教えいただけませんでしょうか。

子供の会員制の学習サイトに申し込みしてIDとパスワードを発行してもらったのですがいざ入室と言うときに両方を何度入力してOKと押しても Authorization Required This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required. という表示が出て入室できません。 そのサイトの本部に問い合わせて そちらで試して頂いたらきちんとログインできる との事です。 こちら側の設定の関係でログインできないでしょうか？ この手の事に詳しいかた教えてください。
