意訳になりますが、下のように書けば良いと思います。尚、（）内は契約書にあれば入れた方が良いです。払って下さいとしなかったのは、以下の経費は払わないし、請求されても支払われないとすれば、自分で払うと言う事になるからです。また、このような書き方にしたのは、このフォームは使いまわしができると思ったからです。 We will be paying for the following charges: bank charges relating to wire transfers from Japan to U.S. and also the bank charges relating to wire transfers within the U.S.. (As stated in the contract,) The following charges are not covered and will not be reimbursed: chages relating to postages and shipping.
