get off で自動詞扱いなら get off at the next station ですし get off で他動詞扱いなら、「～から降りる」の意味で、 get off the train at the next station と目的語がstationではなく、trainにすると思われます。 both us are in the train は不可だと思います。 us やthemのようないわゆる代名詞は、of 必須だと思われます。 Both of them are in the train. で、前置詞の方は、in でもonでも大差はないと思われます。
