Name: Address: Order:Item; Date; AddressやOrderを伝えるのは、３０年前から個人輸入をしていた私の経験から、外人さんは結構いい加減なところがあり（封筒はすぐに捨てるので、確認依頼により、注文を確認しようとしても、注文の手紙が見つからないと確認の手紙に住所が記載していないと連絡をしてくれません。）苦労したからです。
