英語でなんと言えばいいかよくわかりません。 レストランでの食事を予約したお客さんに、今日レストランに来るかどうかの再確認の電話のことなんですけど。 名前と予約人数と予約時間などを聞くのですが・・・。 ”Hello, this is XXXRestaurant. I am just calling to reconfirm your booking for today,Mr/Ms XXX? You are coming at XXXpm, with xxxpeople and there is no special requirement. this that OK? thank you very much. Looking forward to seeing you. Bye Bye" こんな感じでどうでしょうか？

進行形にすべきでしょうか。 「来週、お会いできるのを楽しみにしております。」 ですが、 I look forward to seeing you next week. か I am looking forward to seeing you next week. のどちらがよいでしょうか。 私が覚えていた例文は、 I am looking forward to hearing from you. なので、進行形にすべきなのかと思いましたが、 他にも調べた結果、 「話の続きはまた後で。」 I look forward to resuming our conversation. という文もあったので、どちらにすべきなのか分かりません。

英検３級目指して勉強してる社会人です。 テキストにこうありました。 「look forward to～ ～を楽しみにまつ」 それで [My parents are （ ） forward to seeing you again. この中のかっこの答えは「looking」だったのですが なぜlookではなく、ing系のlookingを 使うのかどうしてもわからないのです。 どうか教えてくださいませんか？ よろしくお願いいたします。
