論文読んでいるのですが、これってどうやって訳すのでしょうか？ This standard model of silicon film growth assumes that the diffusion of the growth precursors is thermally activated and that the optimum substrate temperature around 200℃ for the standard device grade material is a compromise of surface mobility high enough to grow well ordered material and yet the temperature low enough to keep the hydrogen needed for passivating the silicon bonding defects. ちなみに、to grow well ordered～の部分が特にわかりません。 to grow well/ odered～ で文章きれますか？

"well ordered"で「よくそろった」です。 "to grow well ordered material"で「よくそろった試料を成長させる」の意味です。 訳を離れて荒く意味を取ると、 このstandard modelは2つのことを仮定してます。 ひとつは、growth precursorは温度によって活性化されるということ。 もうひとつは、試料の成長に最適な温度(200℃)は、2つの要素の兼ね合いで決まってくるということ。 第2の仮定に現れる「2つの要素」とはなにかというと、 ひとつは、試料が綺麗に成長できるように、surface mobilityが 十分高く(＝温度が高く)なければいけないということ。 もうひとつは、silicon bonding defectsをpassivateするために必要な hydrogenを保っておくには、温度が低くなければいけないということ。 訳が必要なら以上を参考に自分で組み立ててみてください。

このシリコン薄膜成長の標準的なモデルは成長先駆体の拡散が熱的に活性化され、標準的なデバイスグレードの物質の最適基材温度である摂氏200度近辺が整列した物質を成長させるのに十分な表面移動度の妥協点であり、しかもその温度がシリコン接合欠陥を不動態化するために必要な水素を保持するのに十分に低いということを前提とする。 半導体用語詳しくないんで訳は怪しいですけど、surface mobilityがordered material が grow wellするのに十分高い(high enough)の意味だと思います。
