Tell me when your father (come) back.

「With a book in her lap Hattie became a different person, thousands of miles away, in the middle of the action. Her mother worried that books at such an early age would ruin the girl, but Mr.Abbott didn'd agree. He admired the theories of John Stuart Mill on the education of women and he was proud of his precocious child.」
Hattie,Mr.Abbott, John Stuart Mill
The government taxes landed class out of existence.
An infant whatever race learns whatever language it hears, one about easily as another.「どんな民族に属する幼児も、自分の耳に入ってくる言語が何であれそれを覚えるのであって、言語が違ってもその難易の程度にほとんど差はない。」
one about easily as anotherもlearnの目的語と書かれていたのですがどうしてもそう思えません。
「yes she loves you, and you know you should be glad♪」

The type of broken articulation required by much early music can be seen from the Byrd Galiardo already mentioned. If its first half were played legato, as is perfectly possible with modern fingering, it would sound airless, flat and dull. But when its opening phrase is articulated in some such way as the dance-like character of the piece immediately becomes apparent, and the lively imitation between the voices stands out clearly.
This 'characterization' of themes is one of the most important functions of articulation in the performance of early music, for it brings out their inherent.
Another of its functions is to define the smaller units out of which passagework is built.
