wire transfer credit は銀行振込による入金。

これだけだとはっきりしないところがありますが、振込手数料相手持ちと言うことかと思います。
「あなたの銀行から差し引かれるどんな手数料も振込先口座から差し引かれます」

はっきりさせるために、
Does it mean that you will cover the wire transfer fee?
と聞いて見ると良いと思います。
