1. 弊社派遣会社(B company)が取引先(A company)に派遣社員を入れたいのですが、background check が必要とのことで以下のメールがきました。 We are以降の文がよくわからない為、要約をお願いできますでしょうか(T_T) I wanted to discuss the background check requirement at A company. We do not require any personal information from temporary employees if the contracting company, B company, already does a screening on their contractors. We are most concerned with all contractors clearing a criminal screening. Can you please confirm if B company does a background check screening or if we need to run this on our end? If B company does a check, I just need a confirming email letting us know this person has a clear criminal check. 2. また、上記のメールに以下の英文を返信しようと思うのですが、修正すべき点や加えた方が良い文などありましたら教えて頂けますと幸いです。 派遣契約では基本的に個人情報が開示できない。 ただ派遣社員本人が了承すればok。 これから現在の候補者に確認するが、okの場合、どの情報が必要か具体的に教えてほしい。 Basically, with a temporary contract we can not disclose personal information to you. However, there is no problem if the temporary staff acknowledges. From now on we will check with the current candidate, but please tell me which information is necessary when possible. どうぞ宜しくお願い申し上げます。

「A社での身元確認の要件についてお話させていただきたいと思います。 私達は、派遣元の会社（B社）がすでに契約している社員の審査を行ってれば、派遣社員の個人情報を要求していません。 私達は、主に全ての契約社員が犯罪歴のチェックで問題が無いことを重要視しています。B社が身元確認の審査を行っているか、あるいは私達の方で審査を行う必要があるのか、ご連絡ください。 もしB社で確認を行っていれば、単にこの人物が犯罪歴の確認で問題が無かったと言うe-mailを私宛にいただければ結構です。」 お返事に関してですが、これだと噛み合いません。先方が聞いているのは、身元確認の審査をB社で行っているかどうか、犯罪歴の確認審査で、対象となる派遣社員が問題なかったかどうか聞きたいだけで、その事実だけを教えてくれと言うこと。個人情報をくれとは言っていません。 もし犯罪歴の確認を行っていて、問題なければ、 We confirmed and found no criminal record of the contractor. だけで良いです。ビジネスレターとしてはもちろん少し儀礼的なことを追加すべきですが。 もし犯罪歴の確認を行っていなければ、 We are not practicing criminal check in our side. ですが、この回答で取引先として継続できるかどうか心配ですね。
