３Dアートの授業で、木を切りオブジェ的なものを作りました。 毎回プロジェクトが終わると、みんなの前で発表しないといけないのですが… 内容としては、 I cut them to fit the corner. And I attached it parts in different height to give a 3D appearance to this. And about this, I cut half-moons by remaining parts. Then I put together them. 「この角に合うようにこれらを切りました。 そして立体的にするために違う高さにつけました。 そしてこれについては、余ったパーツで半月型に切りました。 それらをくっつくました。」 実物がないので添削が難しいかもしれませんが… 長方形の箱を作り、その中に色々パーツを入れる感じです。 シュチュエーションとしましては、机の上に作品があり、みんながその周りを囲んで説明するという感じです。 こちらの英文を添削して欲しいです。 よろしくお願いします。

箱の中の一角を指差しながらの説明ですか、楽しそうですね。 以下のとおりお答えします。 ＞I cut them to fit the corner. ⇒the cornerは、this cornerの方が少しいいかも知れませんね。 →I cut them to fit this corner. ＞And I attached it parts in different height to give a 3D appearance to this. ⇒目的語はthose partsまたはthemでいいでしょう。「違う高さに」の「に」は、atかonがいいと思います（inは、一点につけた感じが出せません）。to thisに代えて、as a whole「全体として」となさるようお勧めします。 →And I attached those parts/them at/on different height to give a 3D appearance as a whole. ＞And about this, I cut half-moons by remaining parts. ⇒半月型は数個あるのでしょうからa few/some half-moonsとしますか（１個ならa half-moon）。「～で」は材料のことを言うわけですからfromでしょう（byだと、道具「でもって」を連想します）。「余った・残った」は、-ing形でなく、-ed形です（remained。あるいはleftでもいいです）。「余った」と言っている限り、「パーツ」でなく「かけら」というイメージでしょうから、partsよりはchipsの方がいいでしょう。 →And about this, I cut a few/some half-moons from remained/left chips. ＞Then I put together them. ⇒このままでもいいと思いますが、語順を変えてput them togetherとすれば落ち着きがよくなります。 →Then I put them together.

椅子を段ボールを使って作ったのですが、それを発表しなければいけません。 「この椅子のモデルがこれです。 少し大きく作りすぎたと思う。もう少し小さく作ればよかった。 モデルのサイズを測って（段ボールを）切ったが、足の長さがなぜか足りなくて、このパーツを後からつけました。おそらくここの角度がモデルと違ったんだと思います。」 「The chair's model is this. I measured the size of model and cut these parts but I don't know why this legs length isn't long enough, so I attached this parts. 大学の英語の授業でI give you them とかいたら添削で子供っぽいと書かれました。I give them to youの方がよりネイティブで大人らしいとのことです。あまり見かけないことなのですが、実際そうなのでしょうか？ちょっと疑問でした。
