海外サイトの退会理由メールの英文
海外ショッピングサイトの会員ですが、退会依頼メールを送りました。 英語が苦手なのでネット検索しながら書きました。 ■ 退会希望メール 件名: Cancel my membership account Dear Sirs: I would like to cancel my membership account of （海外サイト名）. My membership username, email, and password are following that email: ** / username: ** / password: ** I wish you will do appreciate procedure soon. sincerely yours. ■ 上のメールに対する返信が来ました↓その海外サイトから Dear Friend, Do you mean you want us to delete your account from our website? Do you mind I ask why? Looking forward to your reply! Faithfully, 退会理由を返信する必要あるみたいなんですが、ネットで検索した↓の英文を送るつもりです。 この英文に間違いはないでしょうか？ 私は日本人で英語がよく理解できないから退会したい I'm Japanese. I want to delete an account because English cannot understand it very much. 上記の文章にさらに↓の理由を追加したいんですが、英文でどう書けばいいですか？ 「（その海外サイトが扱う）商品に興味がなくなり、今後は買い物しないです」 ちなみに数年前、一度そこの海外サイトで商品を購入しています。 また、その海外サイトは買い物だけじゃなくて、人と交流するコミュニティみたいな機能もあるので、 「買い物しなくても、コミュニティ利用だけでもいいから、退会するな」みたいに返信来たらどうしようと不安です。 そう言われないために、 「そのサイト自体をもう利用しない」 と書いたほうがいいでしょうか？ その場合の英文も教えていただければうれしいです。

１。私は日本人で英語がよく理解できないから退会したい I am a Japanese and it is hard and time consuming to read English. ２。そのサイト自体をもう利用しない So I do not use the site any more. ３。以上でいいと思います。後は金を払わなきゃいいんで、先方からの「許可」を待つ必要はないと思います。

Webからの設定だけで退会できないというのはあまり大きなショッピングサイトではないのですかね。大抵のオンラインサービスは重視する経営指標の一つとしてchurn rate (解約率）を持っているので、サイトによっては、退会しにくくする、今後のために退会の理由を知りたい、と言うことはあります。退会しにくくすると、下手をすると訴えられるし、インターネットで悪評が伝わると逆効果になるので、おおむね後者のアンケートの目的と思います。 だとしたら、答えたくなければ、no reasonでも良いかも知れません。そもそも日本からのお客さんをもともと期待していなかったとしたら、あまり重要なフィードバックにならないかもしれません。いずれにしても、あんまり心配しなくてよいと思います。逆に、ていねいに書けば書くほど、相手にまた質問のネタを与えてしまうので、あえて、 No more interest purchasing from overseas. No further plan to buy things at your site. Not convenient to buy things from Japan. とか端的に言い放ってしまうのが良いかもですよ。 1. 私は日本人で英語がよく理解できないから退会したい I'm Japanese. I want to delete an account because English cannot understand it very much. -> 文法的には、because English cannot understand it very much はちょっとおかしく、 because I cannot understand English well. が良いと思います。それとその前のan accountは、my account。 2. I have no more interest in purchasing good from overseas site and no need to keep it. 3. 「そのサイト自体をもう利用しない」 これは、前に書いたように、逆に相手に質問の余地を与えるかも知れないのでいらないと思います。

英語のゲームサイトで、「FREE, 7-day FunPass trial」とあったので、メアド登録しました。 http://www.gamehouse.com/promo/funpass/farm-craft このサイトはRealArcadeのaccountと、統合する事で、funpassというものを発行するようです。 そのRealAcadeとの統合はし、「Your RealArcade account has moved to GameHouse」というメールは届きました。 しかし、クレジットカード情報は入力していません。 RealArcadeやReal関係のサイトにもカード情報を登録した覚えはありません。 7日後に退会し忘れると、良くないと思い、やはり、今のうちに退会しようと思い、サポートを読みました。 http://www.gamehouse.com/support キャンセル方法は To cancel your membership, go to your "My GameHouse" tab and sign in. Go to the Memberships page (there is a link under the MyGameHouse tab). PayPalという全然知らないアクセスもした事もないから下記に記してある英文メールが何回も届くようになり困っています。恐くてたまりません。英文のため何と書いてあるかもわからずどうしていいかわかりません。 Dear Customer, Your Account Will Be Suspended . 1:Question: Why my account will be suspended ? 1:Answer: 1.
