先日パソコンを立ち上げますと Microsoft Visual C Runtime Library RuntimeError! Program C\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccApp.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. というのが出てきてokをクリックしてしまったのですが、これは何なのでしょうか？ 調べてみるとノートンインターネットセキュリティ2007が関係しているらしいのですが、私の使っているノートンとパソコンには今のところなにも異常はありません。 ご回答よろしくおねがいします。

本日のアップデート(KB933566) (KB929123) (KB935840) (KB890830) (KB935839)を昼間行い、その後夜になってPCを起動したところ、OEが起動しなくなってしまいました。 アップデートが原因かどうかはわかりませんが、ランタイムエラーが表示され、 This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. と表示されます。 どうしたらOEを正常に起動させることができるようになるのでしょうか。。。 わかる方見えましたらご教授下さい。 OEはバージョン6です。
