英文の翻訳お願いします。
アメリカ人から届いたメールのメッセージなのですが、うまく訳せなくて困っています。 i never got the toy i brought why not . i get many items but not yours why. どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

but would warn you that i have used this before and i have found that it doesn't get there any quicker . maybe a day or two sooner than normal mail i send . . but if the other takes 2 weeks or more and this only gets there around that time, its not worth the money in my opinion.

ご回答ありがとうございます。 説明文が足りず、申し訳ありません。。。 ebayでぬいぐるみが落札され、送ったのです。 6月の中頃の事です。 書留で送り、追跡するとアメリカの郵便局にずっと保管されていたようで期限切れで 現在日本へ返送中らしいのです。 たぶん、「商品が届かない」と言いたいのだと思いますが、いきなりこの2行の文章が 送られてきたのです。 なので、私の英語力では理解できずおりました。 推測で訳していただいた文と私の状況を合わせると、「たくさん買い物してるのに、あなたからの荷物だけ届かない」ということになるのかなぁ…と思いました。 ネイティブの英語メールは、私にとってはとても難しいです。 助けていただき、本当にありがとうございました！
