アメリカ留学の申請書の書き方について教えてください
- アメリカ留学に際して、ビザの申請書を大阪の領事館に郵送する予定ですが、申請書の書き方について教えてください。
- 申請書の欄には『PLEASE LIST THE COUNTRIES AND DATES WHERE YOU HAVE LIVED FOR MORE THAN MNONTHS DURING THE PAST FIVE YEARS, INCLUDING JAPAN.』とあります。
- 具体的には、『COUNTRIES FROM TO』の欄には、過去5年間に6ヶ月以上滞在した国とその期間を記入する必要があります。私の場合、1980年生まれでずっと日本に住んでいたので、『Japan 1980 now』と記入すれば良いでしょうか？また、fromの欄には今から5年前の1996年、toの欄には2001年と書けばよいでしょうか？

この夏からアメリカに留学するに当たって大阪の領事館にビザの申請を郵送でしようと思っているのですが、申請書で書き方のわからない所があるので教えて下さい。『PLEASE LIST THE COUNTRIES AND DATES WHERE YOU HAVE LIVED FOR MORE THAN MNONTHS DURING THE PAST FIVE YEARS, INCLUDING JAPAN. 過去5年間、6ヶ月以上住んだことのある国と年月日を記入してください（日本を含む）』で、『COUNTRIES FROM TO』となっているのですが、私は１９８０年生まれでずっと日本に住んでいたのですが、この場合は『Japan 1980 now』と書けば良いのでしょうか？それとfromのところは今から５年前の1996で、toの所には2001と 書けばよいのでしょうか？どなたか教えて下さい！！よろしくお願いします。

日本以外に住んだ経験がないと、そのような疑問が湧くと思いますが、質問に素直に答えればいいわけです。つまりJapan, from 1996 to 2001でOKでしょう。 申請者がどこの国の生まれで、誕生後どこの国に住んでいたかではなく、最近5カ年間にあなたはどこに旅行（居住）しましたか。滞在期間が六ヶ月以上だった国を日本を含めて記入しなさいという意味です。
