regard A as B で「A を B とみなす」 both A and B で「A も B も両方」であり， 単に「と」よりはっきりと訳した方がいいと思います。 専門家の大部分は，OKTAM が禁忌を示されない限り， OKTAM 剤なしで OFS のみも，OFS と AI の併用も，どちらも不適切であるとみなした。 its の表すものは OFS と思いましたが，おっしゃるように OKTAM かもしれません。

英語として，OFS alone ～とあって，its ～なので， OFS のみの場合と，同じく OFS のみでなく，と思ったのですが， unless 以下を考えると OKTAM ありの場合が出てこないと意味がないので， おっしゃるように its は OKTAM でいいと訂正します。 OKTAM なしの OFS のみも，OKTAM と AI の併用も不適切とみなした， もっとも，（OKTAM を併用する場合を考えるにしても）OKTAM が禁忌されない場合に限るが。
