as inappropriate unless

Most of the specialists regarded both OFS alone without OKTAM and its combination with AI as inappropriate unless OKTAM was contraindicated. as inappropriate unless と its combinationが よくわからないのですが、、、

regard A as B で「A を B とみなす」 both A and B で「A も B も両方」であり, 単に「と」よりはっきりと訳した方がいいと思います。

Water is without doubt the most abundant, the most accessible and the most studied of all chemical compounds. Its omnipresence, its crucial importance for man'survival and its ability to transform so readily from the liquid to the solid and gaseous states has ensured its prominence in man's thinking from the earliest times. There’s no river without banks. There’s no river without banks. But the Morava’s banks are as moveable as the river’s rising and sinking waters. No man-made barrier can safely rein them in. And bursting dams have come as sudden reminders of man’s vulnerability. Most of the time the powers of this river remain unnoticed,as long as its high waters lose themselves in the Morava’s wide wooded flood plain. But the regulars know that these woodlands will often take a footpath. 。。 Most of the timeより前はダムが決壊して家が水没している白黒の映像が流れています。

社説「War in the Ruins of Diplomacy(The New York Times,March 18, 2003)」に続く最後の2小節です。 There is no ignoring the role of Baghdad's game of cooperation without content in this diplomatic debacle. And France, in its zest for standing up to Washington, succeeded mainly in sending all the wrong signals to Baghdad. But Washington's own destructive contributions were enormous: its shifting goals and rationales, its increasingly arbitrary timetables, its distate for diplomatic give and take, its public arm-twisting and its failure to convince most of the world of any imminent danger. The result is a war for a legitimate international goal against an execrable tyranny, but one fought almost alone. At a time when America most needs the world to see its actions in the best possible light, they will probably be seen in the worst. This result was neither foreordained nor inevitable.

With British activity now declining elsewhere on its front, the German IV Corps opposite Pozières, was able to concentrate most of its artillery against the village and its approaches. Initially the bombardment was methodical and relentless without being intense. The western approach to the village, which led from Casualty Corner near the head of Sausage Valley, received such a concentration of shellfire that it was thereafter known as "Dead Man's Road". The German bombardment intensified on 25 July, in preparation for another counter-attack.

Consider, for example, that the existence of a single human thought requires the highly complex interaction of hundreds of neurons. In order to separate mind from brain, it would be necessary to think of each neuron as something distinct from its function, which is a little like trying to separate the seawater that provides the substance of an ocean wave from the energy that gives the wave its shape and motion. The existence of the wave requires both elements: without energy, the wave would fall flat; without water, the wave energy would have no expression. In the same sense, it is not possible to separate individual neurons from their functions; if it were possible, then a thought could be feed from its neurological base, and the mind could be seen as something separate from the brain, a free-floating consciousness that could be considered a “soul “.

The 500,000 Russian casualties during the offensive, culminating in the battle of Kowel "finished Russia as an active participant in the war" with its consumption of men and resources. The battle also had a far reaching impact on Austria, as it illustrated the country's reliance on Germany as well as deprived the nation of large numbers of fighting men. Romania, relying on a Russian success during the conflict, was overrun by Austria-Hungary, Germany and Bulgaria shortly after Russia's defeat. With the armed forces of both Germany and Austria-Hungary losing confidence in their monarchs as a result of the engagement, and with its effective removal of Russia from the war, the battle of Kowel remains one of the most influential of the war.

(1)They are not alone:25,000 American couples traveled there to get married in 2004. (2)such as coasteering (making your way along a particular stretch of usually hazardous coastline using a combination of hiking, mountaineering and swimming), making your way alongをどう訳したらいいでしょうか。 bungee jumping (familiar to most people but originally part of a Melanesian fertility and coming-of-age rite), ()内の後半部分、but以下がわかりません。 and free diving (diving as deep as you can without any breathing apparatus). (3)This sport has been described as the ultimate risk as jumping form a relatively low height near buildings dramatically increases the risks associated with parachute jumping. (4)It is the "extremeness" of an attraction that draws people to visit the park.
