I saw the photograph. Because of the glare I could not ascertain but the surface appears to be soiled. During the eighteen years after manufacturing, I assume its slight movements inside the box resulted in lack of smoothness. Because I did not open the box and could not make sure of the condition, I do not feel am personally responsible. This merchandise is very rare and there is no chance that I can get a brand new item to replace it. Since you opened the seal I cannot sell it again. But I disappointed you, so as a token of my apology, I am willing to pay you $30.00, a portion of the price, to solve this case. If you agree, I will remit $30.00 immediately through the eBay Customer Service. [eBayの問題解決センター」について決まった呼び名があれば最後のところを入れ替えてください。

Actually it looks more like what a horse would eat ... hahaha. You can try ... but we should have something more authentic (Belgian) for you. And also as a backup ... because I really don't think you will like it :)
