和訳をお願いします。

先日、海外オークションサイトで商品を購入したのですが、売り手の方が商品の発送をしてくれなくて、最終的に、オークションサイトの保証制度を使うことになりました。 その時にメールが同日中に二通来ていたのですが、一通目が来て、私の返信なしに二通目がきました。 一通目のメールには短い文章でいいからことの経緯を知らせる文章を送ってくださいという趣旨の内容が書かれているのだと思いますが、二通目のメールの内容を見る限り、返信はひつようなさそうなのです。 大体の内容はわかるのですが、細かいところまではわからないので、英語がわかる方に 一通目のメールに返信するべきかどうかと、すでに返金がされたかどうかの確認をお願いしたいのです。 長くなりますがよろしくお願いします。 以下、メールの内容です。 Thank you for your recent contact to Customer Support. 2012年9月10日に501.48ドル(送料含む)を振り込んだとありますよ。 残高確認が出来ない場合はログインして履歴ページをご覧下さい。 とありますので、すでに1通目は用済みとなっています。
