海外仕入れ先に出すメール（インド）についてお聞きします。 （背景） 現在やり取りしているインドの仕入先と、色々支払方法などについて話を詰めたいと思っています。 この仕入先は何年も取引があり、ずっと支払方法は商品仕入れ後の後払いでしたが、突然前払いにしてほしいと言ってきたので、その内容について詰めたいと思っています。 先方は「インド政府の規制が厳しくなり、輸出に関しては全ての得意先に対して全額前払いをしてもらい、貿易関連書類は銀行に提出をすることになった」と言っていました。 （日本語） あなたは前払いにしてほしいことについて、インドの銀行や政府の規制が厳しくなったのか？変わったとしたらいつからか？もしそうであるなら、どのように厳しくなったのか何か文書のようなものがあるなら確認したいと社長が言っています。 (英語） The rule of the export at your goverment and bank is stricter than the previous time ? If it is so, when does your goverment start that the rule stricter ? And my president would like to confirm the detail about the rule when it starts. The new rules of the export at your government and the banks, are they stricter than those in effect at present? When will the government start to apply the new rules? At any rate, our president likes to be fully informed of the details of the new rules. Will you please send the relevant documents as soon as possible? in effect：適用されている at present：現在 apply：適用する at any rate：いづれにせよ relevant：関連する まだ実施以前ですからpreviousは混乱するかもしれません。 ビジネス文ですから丁寧な言い方は必要ないと思います。

Even if you are really busy doing something, go out of your way to call and say I love you.
