至急、困っています（イーベイ）

お世話になります。 今日、イーベイから下記のようなメールをもらってしまいました。（最下部参照） ある商品を落札したのですが、アメリカのクレジットカード（及びアメリカ登録のpaypal）を持っていないため、払おうにも払えず（出品者が許可しないため）、出品者にはお詫びを入れたのですが、何とかならないものでしょうか？ 米イーベイでは、e-mailでの問い合わせ先はないのですか？ アカウントがsusupend（停止？）になってしまうと困るので、何卒、よい案を教えて頂ければ幸いです。 We have opened an unpaid item case for XXXXXX. If payment isn't received by Apr-15-12, the seller may withdraw from the contract and you would no longer be entitled to receive this item. Additionally, an unpaid item may be recorded on your account, which could lead to your account being suspended.

何ともならないでしょうね。一度落札してしまった物のレコードは消えないと思いますし、消えるようだとそれも困りますから。 一方で、文章上はそう書いてますが、多分アカウント停止にはならないと思います。というのも、私も二三回Unpaidしたことがありますが、アカウントは未だに生きています。余程悪質だったり通報でもされない限りは大丈夫じゃないかな。

アメリカ登録の意味が分かりません。 国内のカード　DC　UC JCBなどはVISA/MASTERと提携しているので問題ないですが。 PAYPALも同様に国内でIDを取っても使えるはず。 いままでのやり取りをMY PAGE右上のカスタマーサービスから下記ページに行き、連絡出来ます。 http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/

http://www.paypal.jp/jp で、支払えないのですか？

    先日イーベイで楽器を落札しました。すぐにペイパルで支払おうとしましたがVISAカードが使えないとか何とかで結局国際為替をEMSで送ることになりました。発送までに約1週間かかりました。発送後に出品者に連絡したところ「申し訳ないが次点の落札者に売った」といわれました。それで発送した為替は郵便局に連絡してストップしてくれるように伝えています。その後イーベイから「I agreed not to complete this transaction and/or return the item.」か「We have not made an agreement to cancel this transaction.」のどちらかを選べというメールが来ました。出品者は100％フィードバックで信頼できると思います。彼はお互いにフィードバックを残そうといっています。私はどちらを選べばよいのでしょうか？是者を選べば出品者はイーベイに手数料を払わなければならないような感じですが後者を選べばフィードバックをのこせるのかな？とよくわかりません。出品者は気を使ってくれているようです。出品者の手続きはどのようになるのでしょうか。お互いにフィードバックを残して円満解決したいです。すみませんがよろしくおねがいします。
