ただ自分の感情として「がっかりした」場合には I was dissappointed. ですよね。では、「自分自身にがっかりした、失望した」と言いたい場合にはどう表現したらいいのでしょう？ I was dissappointed by myself. でしょうか、それとも I was diissappointed at myself. でしょうか。 他に何か適切な適切な表現があればお教えいただければ有り難いです。 状況としては、例えば「一生懸命練習したのに本番で失敗した。自分自身に失望した。」とうような感じです。
