今年もグリーンカードの抽選がもうすぐ終わります。 そこで去年も迷ったので念のためお教え願いたいのですが 私はアメリカの美容学校を卒業しています。でも You must have a minimum of a high school diploma reflecting the completion of a full course of study (vocation schools or equivalency degrees are not acceptable) or be a skilled worker in an occupation that requires at least two years of training or experience to qualify (visit http://online.onetcenter.org/ {this link will open in a new window} to see if your occupation qualifies) for a Diversity Visa. とか書かれているので高校卒業のほうにしたほうがいいのか専門学校卒業でもいいのか迷ってます。 とても厳しい審査なので確実にわかる方よろしくお願いします。 https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/application.aspx です。よろしくお願いします。

米国国籍を持つ在米者です。 質問者さんが迷っておられる気持ちがよくわかります。 私なら下記のように申請します。 必要条件の最低学歴が高校卒ですから、高校卒としてＥ－書類へ記入します。 貴方は米国の美容学校を卒業されているので、高卒より上のランクのVocational Schoolへ記入されても良いとおもいます。 しかしそうされてもこの抽選の優勢順位は変わりません。 勿論最低２年の美容学校の卒業証書は、所持されていると思いますが、そうでないと取り寄せる必要がでてきます。 ところで、面接審査は抽選に当選してから行われるので、その時にアメリカの美容学校を卒業されたことを、述べれがよいの ではないでしょうか。 兎に角この抽選では、学歴は優先順位は全く関係しません。 参考までに下記のサイトをご覧ください。 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diversity_Immigrant_Visa 当選されるよう祈っております。

Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent with a grade point average of 4.5 OR a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in the relevant field. オーストラリアの大学院に出願しようと思っているのですがentry requirementの欄に上記のような記述がありました。 「or equivalent with a grade point average of 4.5」のところなのですが、これはなぜorになっているのでしょうか？4.5がbachelorのgradeならand になると思うのですが。。4.5の場合は何の資格が4.5なのでしょうか？ 分かりにくい文章で申し訳ありません。よろしくお願い致します。
