こんにちは。 fresh goods はここでは新しい薬、と考えるといいのでは、と思います。それで新しい薬というのはどういうことをいうのか、というのがat least 85％ fresh period of 5 years shelf life、つまり保存（貯蔵、有効）期間のうち少なくても８５％の期間が残っているもの、ということになります。 ５年の８５％が４年３ヶ月、１５％が９ヶ月なので、期限まで４年３ヶ月以上あるもの、あるいはNo.1の方がおっしゃったように、０．７５年（９ヶ月）経っていないものを新しい薬とみなし、薬が未使用でも、９ヶ月経っているものについては、新しい薬とは言えない、ということでいいのではと思います。

意味的には、 製造直後５年間の有効保存期間のうちまだ 0.75年以上経過していないものとなります。

「商品の代金は当月末日に締め切り、翌月末日に支払われる」の英訳はどうなりますか？ 「The account for the goods shall be closed at the end of each month and the payment of the goods shall be made by the end of the following month.」と訳してみましたが、「account for the goods」という表現がネットでヒットせず、正式な言い方ではないようです。 「商品の代金」も「price of the goods」だと違うような気がしますが、正確な訳がわかりません。 よろしくお願いします。

こんにちは。契約書を読んでいるのですが、下記の文章が解釈できません。 The prices may only be inceased once in any period unless the price increase is due to XX. 価格は、XXにより値上げをする場合を除き、 いかなる期間においても一度だけ値上げを実施することができる。 私は上記のように解釈したのですが、once in any period はいかなる期間においても 一度だけ・・という解釈であっているのでしょうか？ 宜しくお願いします。

こんにちは。 ある契約書を読んでいるのですが、いまいち解釈に悩んでいる箇所があります。 The prices shall be those prices set out ●● list in effect at the time of acceptance of B company order less any applicable discount. 上記のless any applicable discountが文章全体にかかるのか、それともorderにかかるのか分かりません。 私は上記文章をless以下が文章全体にかかるように解釈しています。 「価格はB社の発注受領時に●●リストに記載された金額から適用可能な割引額を差し引いた金額をいうものとする」 この解釈で大丈夫でしょうか・・？またこれだとin effectが反映していないのですが、これも上手く処理できないものでしょうか・・？ 宜しくお願いします。
