はい。 before the end of this hour 「この時間が終わるまでに」 before the end of the day 「今日が終わるまでに」「今日中に」 before the end of this week 「今週の終わりまでに」 before the end of the month 「今月末までに」 before the end of the year 「今年の終わりまでに」 be fore the end of my days 「私の目の黒いうちは」

質問者がどういう状況で「,,,までに」とするかよります。 また、英米人、文語、口語等による違いがあるのですが、 基本的に、before は経験的な”以前に”などの意味で、 主文は完了が多いです。（他にも用法はあるのですが。。。） 一方、これからの事で「,,,までに」と行動を求める場合は、 prior to を用います。before では意味を成さないということでは ありません。 もし、今日までに何かをしなさいという意味でご質問されているなら、 do something prior to the end of....（文語的） 今日までに、し終えているとするならば、 will have done something before .... とします（口語的） 以上がすべてを説明していませんし米国人によっても 違うのですが基本的なことは理解されてください。 （end of week, monthはよく使うのですが、today ならば、 今日の時間を指定すべきです）

ちょっと上級編の議論？ですが： before the end of today は文法的には全く問題ありませんが、非常によい英文ではありません。「今日中に」「今週中に」なら by today, by this week で十分です。 before the end of を使うなら before the end of the day と言うのが普通です。before the end of the week は before the end of this week より普通に使われます。 日本語では「今」という漢字１文字で 今日中に 今週中に というのがベストですが、英語では before the end of という長い句の後には the day, the week とつながる方が口調が自然なのですね。
