celibrationsはcelebrationと思いましたので、そのように訳してみました。またarticlesはthe articlesとなっておりませんでしょうか。つまりこれ以前いすでに近代と伝統に書かれた部分があるように思いますので、 「発展にともなうこれらの喜ばしい事柄は記事が示唆しているように並行して存在しています。つまり伝統と近代はともにほとんど同じ価値を有し、均衡状態にあるというある種の約束を保持しています。」
