え~っとぉ、私はフリーの通訳・翻訳家で生計を立てている者なのですが、 原文となる英語の文章に問題があるように見受けられますが。。。 これって、ネイティブの方が作成された文章ですかね???　(・.・;) 一応むりくりこんな感じかなぁ、って訳文を作り上げましたが、責任は持ち兼ねます。悪しからず? 「他の人は、彼ら自身の命と文化と政治制度の変化を道具とする方法を我々より上手く見る事が出来るかもしれない。」 「福祉における人間の人口と、地元と惑星資源と科学者の条件を詳しく調べてモニターしてください。」 って、感じでしょうか…頑張って下さいね～?　(^.^)/~~~

　はじめまして． 　少し前の質問を眺めていて，今だ回答のないこの質問に出くわしました．どなたも回答されていないのはどうしてでしょう…． 　私は50歳を過ぎてから英語の勉強を始め，未だ６年程の経験しかありません．ですから，このようなハイレベルな質問に答える資格はないのですが，どなたも回答されませんので私見を記してみたいと思います． 　最初の文において，see の目的語は how 以下と考えます．how 以下が長いので比較の対象を先に置いているのではないでしょうか．ということで，以下のような訳になるのでは…と思います． 　　　「他の人々は，彼ら自身の生活，文化，社会制度におけるこれらの変更を如何に履行すべきかを我々以上に理解するであろう」 　あとの文は，前置詞 about と他動詞 monitor の目的語が both 以下と判断しました．ただし，前の文がないので少し分り辛いのですが，おおよそ以下のような意味かと…． 　　　「人間の幸福と特定の場所および地球規模の原因とはきだめに関する事情についてより理解を深め監視しなさい」 　間違っていたら，スミマセン．ご参考になれば…．
