Any teacher can take a child to the classroom, but not every teacher can make him learn. He will not work joyously unless he feels that liberty is his, whether he is busy or at rest;he must feel the flush of victory and the heart-sinking of disappointment before he takes with a will the tasks distasteful to him and resolves to dance his way bravely through a dull routine of textbooks. 上の文で 前半のwhether he is busy or at restはどのように訳したらいいのですか。 それから、後半の文章なのですが、 beforeの後はheが主語でtakes the tasks distasteful to himと続くのだと思うのですが、and resolves to dance がどうつながるのか、文法と訳がわかりません。

Well respected, but underneath he has a lot of self doubts. He gives the impression of distance. He is sensitive and perceptive, can understand the depths concealed in others and what lies behind things but can seem shy or awkward almost on the surface. He is intuitive and not very materialistic, but he will succeed in the material world, through a special subject or talent. Her may be too easily daunted by people, and this is his biggest obstacle. His inner feelings of inadequacy and the tendency to want to avoid people and problems at all costs. He has deep feeling emotions, so much more under the surface of him than he shows. Many of his decision and judgment are based on emotion. He likes to be on his own, but solitariness does not bring out the best in his character, it makes him more insular, more suspicious more inward turned and unstable and escapist. It is the sociability with others that he seeks to avoid that brings out the confidence and kindness and generosity and best in him. He is mature, not too moody or touchy despite his depth of feeling he manages to remain calm and optimism wins through in time of trouble. He is able to summon strength and endurance when he needs it most. He likes routine and familiar things and familiar patterns in his life. Not so fond of the insecurities and uncertainty of change.

Your future partner is ambitious with a secret need for money power and influence. His weakness is that wants short cuts to wealth and he tends to take financial risks. His earning capacity is good, much drive, but he wants to change his life so much, that he has long term plans for transforming his financial life, but he lacks the staying power to persevere more than a certain length of time. He will not accept financial help or sensible advice from others. He wants to make his own fortune, build his own empires. He has very big ideas both for himself and for the money he will make, but he wants its fast, and he wants it now. He is not good at the practicalities of planning wealth, or at starting at the bottom. He wants the world to fall into his lap. To reward his talents or genius without the harder effort of the ground work being done. He wants to live life in style and comfort. Money will come to him quickly when it does, but can just as easily go. His views and ideas he holds about money do not altogether conform to those held by other people. He will not be hard up, but he will be somewhat erratic and unreliable in money matters, or may have an irregular income, that has large sums of money in fits and starts, punctuated with shortages. He also has a tendency to debts and to spend before he earns. Find saving up hard. And credit too easy. He needs to avoid being too impulsive and enterprising, without putting the nectars follow up effort in.

My husband's half-brother is 59 and working as a custodian. "John" does not drink or smoke and can converse well, but has a learning disability and cannot read. He tried tutors, but made no progress. He did OK while his mother was alive, but she died, and then John's wife died within the same year. John has four adult children. One has Down syndrome and lives in a group home. One lives three hours away. The other two are nearby, but the youngest also has some difficulties and is childlike in his perception of the world. John can be stubborn and will not take advice, even when he asks for it. Here is the problem: John and his youngest son both work for a man who pays them minimum wage. He takes out Social Security taxes, but then does not pay the government, which then comes after John to pay his taxes, so he ends up paying twice. When John needed a car to travel to various janitorial jobs, the boss began withholding $200 a month from his paycheck, which he claimed he would save so John could buy a better car. Now we hear that the boss is selling John his own used car for double the book price at 18% interest. John brought the written agreement to show my husband, but he'd already signed it. I want to report this employer, but John is afraid he will lose his job. He has tried working with a lawyer to get disability, but fails to show up for appointments, partly because he cannot read his mail informing him when to be there. He takes out Social Security taxes, but then does not pay the government, which then comes after John to pay his taxes, so he ends up paying twice.

He is an interesting man, but there has been obscurity and misery in his life. He has faced some long and hard past ordeal, or unfavorable circumstances or darkness of spirit has shadowed him and dogged his footsteps. He is stalwart and hardened by the struggle, and a little fatalistic and guided often on his course by his instincts as to what will bring him luck and what wont. He knows what direction he wants to follow in life and struggles against adversities in a dignified way. But he is an unsettled man with a changing unreliable life and a restless determination to rise about him. One who is never at rest or at peace but always on the move. He has a receptive mind, a wild energy and life of much turmoil and contradiction. An ambitious man, but with many impractical dreams, who fools himself into thinking he is capable of achieving more than he can, and so no matter how hard he tries, how successful he is. his goals remain always distant, out of reach or just beyond his capability. He is one of life's takers, not one of life's givers. He takes what's given for granted and exploits it in any way he can, to get further gains. To heap up favours or wealth, a grasping nature, that when given something, extracts more, but gives little or nothing back. He ceases opportunities where he can. Lives by his wits exploits his own reserves, but fails to learn from his bad luck and failures.
