海外サイトで買い物した場合のカード払いについて

海外のサイト(http://www.the-house.com/)で買い物をしたところ、 下記の内容のメールが届きました。 カード会社に問い合わせてみましたが、 上記のサイトへ私のクレジットカードが有効であるとの返事を出しているとのことでした。 ということは、私の入力したカード情報は間違ってないということだと思うのですが、 このメールはどういう意味なのでしょうか？ ちなみに購入金額は３万円弱ほどです。 Unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order due to a problem with the credit card information you submitted with your order. 下の方はまぁあなたの情報が正しいかどうか連絡してくれってなことを言ってるから省くけど、 最初の方は、 「現時点では出荷はできん。 クレカの情報が正しいかどうか確認してほしい。」 かなり端折りましたが、まぁこんな感じです。 情報が正しいかどうかの確認ですから、だからクレカ会社は ＞有効であるとの返事を出しているとのことでした。 ですね。 ま、「問題無い」ってことです。大丈夫。

回答ありがとうございます！ 上記に書いたメールがいまだ毎日届きます…。 カスタマーサービスにはダメ元で、日本人スタッフはいないかと聞きましたがいないとのことで諦めて切りました。。 カード情報うんぬんではなく、もしかしたら日本発行のカードだからダメなのかなとも思いますが それなら何をどうすればいいのかがわからず…… メールで、英語が話せない。カード会社からは貴サイトへカードが有効であるとの返事をしている。というような内容でメールを出しましたが返事はありません。

As soon as it arrives we will notify you right away!!". というメッセージが来ました。 その三日後に Your order status has changed to "UPDATE - We wanted to let you know that we expect your order to arrive at our warehouse any day now.
