look at の後に目的語がありません。 すなわち、He is easy to talking to.「彼は話しやすい」と同様の構文になっています。 主語繰上げ構文だとか tough 構文などと言われています。 「見るには目立っている」ということで、「人目を引く」という感じで合っています。

英語IIの教科書に以下の英文と訳があります。do with について質問です。 They realized that they were the ones who could choose what to do with their environment. 「彼らは、自分たちが環境をどう扱うか選ぶことのできる人々であることに気づいた」 ここでのdo with は「扱う」という意味ではないですよね。だったらhow to do withになると思うんですよ。あくまで、whatはdoの目的語ではないでしょうか？となると、このwithがよく分かりません。ここが、aboutだとかagainstだったら分かるんですが・・・ 回答よろしくお願いします。

The gentleman is talking with a happy look on his faceという正解文があったのですが、解説に、 「～を・・・して」は＜with～+前置詞の導く句＞の形・・・☆ とありました。自分なりに考えると、ここでいう”前置詞”というのは「with」のことをいっていると思うのですがあってますか？（ひょっとしてon？）そして”前置詞の導く句”というのは「a happy look on his face」のことをいっているのでしょうか？「～」が「a happy face」で、「・・・して」は「on his face」であってますか？ またThe girl with a red coat on is my sisterという正解文もあったのですがこれも☆の説明がありました。前置詞がwithで、前置詞の導く句というのがa red coat onであってますか？ 自信がないのでよくわかられてる方、回答よろしくお願いします。
