あなたがやった方が良いと思います。 何か頼まれごとをして、 あなたがやった方が良いと思います。 と言いたい場合、何と言うべきでしょうか？ I think that you should do that. だと、「私よりも」という比較的な意味が含まれていませんよね？ とは言っても I think that you do that is better. だと文法的に間違っていますよね？ ではどういう言い方をすれば良いのでしょうか？

I think that you should do that.でも充分「私よりも」という比較的な意味が含まれると思いますよ コミュニケーションって、字面だけでなくその時の状況で、あえて言葉に出さなくても分かる場合も多々ありますし。 それでも、「私よりも」という意味をどうしても字面で出したい、というなら Ｉｔ might be better （that) you do that. (あなたがおやりになったほうがよろしいかと）　 のように、Ｉｔ might be better （that) ～を使うといいでしょう。 口語ではthatは省略します。便利なので私もよく使っています。 あと、You'd (=You would) be the right person to do that. (あなたが適任であろうかと（思われますが））　 も英語らしくて良いです。wouldを使って控えめに言う言い方ですね。

If you want something done well, do it yourself! 「上手くやりたきゃ、自分でやってよ！」 You're better than me at this. 「これは貴方のほうが私より上手よ」 You'd better do it yourself. 「貴方が自分でやった方がいいよ」 とかでは、どうでしょう。

　二つを組み合わせて 　I think you are better at it. You are better at it than I am. You are (far) better than I to do it. You are better than I to undertake it. とも。

「I think that it's better to do that yourself.」という表現は如何でしょうか？ 「あなた自身で（yourself）」をつけることにより、暗に「他の人（私）ではなくあなたが」と表現できると思います。 私、個人的にはやや強めの表現になってしまうような気がするのですが、 文末に「instead of me(またはinstead of asking me)」を付ければ、より直接的に表現できると思います。
