北米DVDのネット購入

DVD PacificでDVDを購入したのですが、 1. A copy of the front and back of credit card. 2. Utility Bill Showing shipping address or card statement を確認のために送れというメールが届きましたが、海外Amazonnで購入の時はこのようなメールは届かなかったんですが、なぜ届いたのでしょうか？そもそもこの情報を送っても安全なのか、心配なので質問させて頂きました。経験者の方、分かる方教えて貰えると助かります。また、公共料金の明細書は今月分のを捨ててしまい持っていないのですが、こういう場合どうするかも教えて貰えると助かります。

Utility Bill Showing shipping address or card statement そうですね、日本ではちょっとビックリですが海外のショップでは極々一般的に求められることです。 >海外Amazonnで購入の時はこのようなメールは届かなかったんですが、 アマゾンは日本にもありますからね。 失礼な言い方でごめんなさいね、もし質問者さんが品物をとる詐欺行為をしようとしてもその住所が日本アマゾンにあったり、少なくとも詐欺の常習かわかるくらいのネットワークがアマゾンさんにあるでしょう、きっと。 また日本に支部があるということは警察への通報もその調査も機動力が違うから不要でしょう。 でもDVD Pacificは日本に支店もないでしょう？だからだと思います。 DVD Pacificに限らず日本の顧客の身元確認は多いですよ。 >また、公共料金の明細書は今月分のを捨ててしまい持っていないのですが、こういう場合どうするかも教えて貰えると助かります。 いえ、今月の分じゃなくても大丈夫。 もっと言えば公共料金じゃなくてクレジットカードの明細書のコピーの画像です。 なければクレジットカード会社が再発行してくれます。 私など(^-^;;英国アマゾンの明細書を送ったことありますから。 全然関係なくても大丈夫なんですよね、実は。 だって住所が漢字読めないからという理由でアルファベット記載のものと書いてあったので・・・ （普通日本の企業で英語で住所書いてる会社ないでしょ？）ちなみにこれで全然OKでしたけど。 あ、DVD Pacificは日本語の明細書のコピーでOKです。 もし明細書がないので不安なら聞いてみてくださいね。 私ならこんな感じで書くと思う。 (^^;;すみませんがこれで平気と不安でしょうから詳しくは英語のカテで聞いてくださいねマセ。 DVD Pacific Customer service Order No.　***** Hi,thank you for mail. クレジット関してだけでなく、DVD　Pacific　についての事まで教えて頂きありがとうございます。 外国での注文の時は日本と違ってこういった場合があるんですね。知りませんでした。 Pacificは安いけど、そういったデメリットがあるので注意しておきます。アドバイスありがとうございます。
